All sales, subscriptions, and one-time charges are strictly final and non-refundable. IbraSoft does not offer refunds, credits, or proration under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Partial billing cycles or unused subscription periods;
• Unused scrubbing credits or API volume;
• Dissatisfaction with scrubbing results, data accuracy, or service features;
• Downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party data registries (such as the FTC, FCC, or state agencies) or network carrier maintenance;
• Accidental purchases, upgrades, or failure to cancel auto-renewal subscriptions prior to the billing date.

By purchasing any subscription, package, or utilizing the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund or chargeback, and that all transactions are fully rendered and non-refundable.
